It's officially game over for phase I of the Android Developer Challenge. While I'm very happy to have placed somewhere in the top 50-100, only the top 50 win the prize, and GeoMata didn't make the cut. Congratulations to the fifty winners, I'm looking forward to seeing what what the winning apps are.
How does this affect our business strategy? Not much really , GeoMata is only one of several applications we are developing. The one area that GeoMata needs the most improvement, is probably the UI. I'll be working to improve it in the upcoming months, but my design skills are rather poor so I'll also be looking for some outside help.
I plan to release the binary to GeoMata this week. I've withheld releasing it until the ADC judging was completed. The app itself isn't very useful without real hardware, but hopefully we can get some good criticism/feedback from the public.

Congrats on the Top 100 finish. I have told many people about your application and everyone I talked to so far has been very impressed with the concept. I think you are headed in the right direction.
